In this unique, low impact class we incorporate resistance bands hanging from the ceiling, loop bands and the philosophies behind barefoot cardio, yoga and pilates to give you a totally awesome and well-rounded workout! Through specific and precise cuing, you’ll learn how to efficiently recruit all of your stabilizer muscles to blast your body into incredible shape. 55 minutes.
