Indoor Cycling / Spin
An indoor cycling class, (also known by its trademarked name, spinning), is one of the ultimate calorie burners! Our small indoor group cycling class at our gorgeous Water’s Edge Westbrook studio will help you get fit fast, taking your fitness to the next level. Stationary bikes situated in our comfortable, new studio provide a non-impact workout. Classes focus on endurance, strength, interval, and high intensity training. Indoor cycling is a low-impact activity. People recovering from orthopedic injuries often participate in indoor cycling as part of the rehabilitation protocol. When cycling is done correctly, there is minimal impact on the hip, knee, and ankle joints.
