A teacher in the fitness industry since 1996, Dana Brown’s experience began as a personal trainer, spinning and group exercise instructor. After the birth of her second child in 2003, she began practicing yoga & Pilates which greatly enhanced her overall approach to health & wellness for herself and her clients! She went on to complete her level 3 certification through Peak Pilates studying under classically trained master trainers Zoey Trapp and Pam Garcia.
Dana is dedicated to helping people achieve what Joseph Pilates referred to as “true health” through the maintenance of their bodies with the full integration of mind, body and spirit into every session. Dana’s extensive background allows her to combine her knowledge of anatomy, movement and alignment to promote improved body awareness, a greater ease of movement and general quality of life for people of all ages and fitness levels. Dana teaches our popular Indoor Cycling / Spin Class, as well as Pilates Mat Classes. She is also available for private personal training and Pilates sessions.
