Joseph comes from a very athletic family. He has found his love for fitness at a young age participating in track, and lifting weights during the off-season. Having an avid interest in staying healthy and fit throughout his college years at Quinnipiac University while studying film Joseph participated in many fitness classes and found Spinning.
He began teaching Spinning classes at Quinnipiac University in 2012 and taught at the Valley Shore YMCA when he would come back for vacations. Now working in Madison Ct, Joseph still teaches Spinning and Hi-Lo Intervals in his spare time. He loves staying physical and constantly challenging himself to be better. When he is not at work, you can either find him at the gym, swimming at the beach, or hanging out with his dog Coop.
His Spinning classes consist of fun intense intervals always using a catchy playlist to help keep rhythm, and drive people forward. His philosophy on fitness is “If you can do more, do more. If you can still stand, get back up. If you got something left, give it all you got. Don’t leave thinking you could have done more.”
